InkPulse AI is a creative application that allows users to generate, edit, and experiment with tattoo and art designs using AI-powered tools. By downloading, accessing, or using InkPulse AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use InkPulse AI. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the app.

3. Your Content and Generated Designs

You retain ownership of the images and designs you generate using InkPulse AI.

By using the app, you grant InkPulse AI a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your prompts, images, and inputs solely for the purpose of providing app features, operating the service, and improving functionality.

4. Personal and Commercial Use

InkPulse AI is intended primarily for personal creative use.

If you choose to use generated designs for commercial purposes (such as selling artwork or using designs in a business), you are responsible for ensuring that such use complies with applicable laws, third-party rights, and platform policies.

InkPulse AI does not guarantee that generated designs are free from third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use InkPulse AI to create, upload, or share content that:

7. Purchases and Subscriptions

InkPulse AI may offer subscriptions or credit-based purchases.

All payments, refunds, and cancellations are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are governed by their respective policies. InkPulse AI does not process or store your payment information.

We strive to keep InkPulse AI available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Features, pricing, limits, or availability may change or be discontinued at any time without notice.

InkPulse AI does not provide professional, medical, tattooing, or safety advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions related to tattoos or health.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InkPulse AI and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the app.

Your use of InkPulse AI is at your own risk.

11. Termination

InkPulse AI may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms of Service or misuse the app.

You may stop using InkPulse AI at any time by uninstalling the app.
