1. Overview

InkPulse AI is a creative application that allows users to generate, edit, and experiment with tattoo and art designs using AI-powered tools. By accessing or using InkPulse AI, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use InkPulse AI. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Your Content and Generated Designs

You retain ownership of the images and designs you generate using InkPulse AI.

By using the app, you grant InkPulse AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process your prompts and images solely for the purpose of providing the app’s features and improving functionality.

InkPulse AI does not guarantee that generated designs are unique or exclusive. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any generated content does not infringe on the rights of third parties.

4. Personal and Commercial Use

You may use generated designs for personal use.

If you choose to use designs commercially (such as selling artwork, merchandise, or tattoo services), you are responsible for ensuring that such use complies with applicable laws and does not violate third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use InkPulse AI to create or distribute content that is illegal, hateful, violent, sexually explicit involving minors, harassing, or otherwise harmful.

We reserve the right to restrict or suspend access if misuse is detected.

6. Third-Party Services and Affiliate Links

InkPulse AI may provide links to third-party products or services, including tattoo printing or related services. Some of these links may be affiliate links, meaning InkPulse AI may earn a commission if you make a purchase through them. This does not increase your purchase price.

InkPulse AI does not control and is not responsible for the content, pricing, policies, fulfillment, quality, or practices of any third-party services.

Any purchases made through third-party links are solely between you and the third-party provider.

7. Purchases and Subscriptions

If you purchase subscriptions or credit packs within the app, payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play.

All billing, refunds, and cancellations are handled according to the applicable app store’s policies.

8. Availability and Changes

We strive to keep InkPulse AI available and functional, but we do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Features, pricing, generation limits, and availability may change or be discontinued at any time.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

InkPulse AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InkPulse AI and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or any third-party services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to InkPulse AI if you violate these terms or misuse the app.

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
